Soy fiber - natural food fiber which is extracted from the cell material of soybean by machining without the use of chemical reagents. It is a fine powder as flour light beige, off-white color with a neutral taste and odor.
Scope and features: Soy fiber is designed for use in the production of meat products, sausages, pates, canned meat and fish, bakery products, as well as in the production of dietary products. In frozen foods it may be used as a stabilizer, and in tin products - as a substitute for starch. In the production of cheese, cottage cheese products, soft cheese, processed cheese is used as a humectant. In the oil industry, soy fiber is used as a filler material capable of stabilizing the emulsion, preventing its stratification.
